This is a question for Abe more than anyone, but how exactly is the 5CRC supposed to work?

Are the members who vote on the 5CRC supposed to be representatives of the area they are located in, or are they supposed to be 5C guru-experts on the format based on their extensive experience?

The reason why I ask is because I believe Future Sight has a few cards that may be up for a Ban/Restricted vote:

    Aven Mindcensor, Tolaria West

If 5CRC is like the "House of Representatives", I wanted to know if I culd start a discussion thread on each card to epxress what I believe are the pros/cons.

I understand the Ypsi group is definitely more on the casual side of the official 5C rules, but is there an interest/voice concerning any of these two competitive-play altering cards?

Not really stated much. Write whomever you want. We all listen, more or less.

    But I choose you, Pikachu.

5color.com hasnt even mentioned them yet. Maybe no action will be taken, seeing as the cards arent even released yet, and there isnt too much organized tournament play (that Ive heard of) lately.

Lets all just talk on Friday... its an interesting debate, for sure.
