Hrm... so its one legend only... that means no legendary lands or artifacts right?
You may not have any other legendary creatures in your deck.
You may still have other legendary artifacts, enchantments and lands in your deck.

Wait a second, I thought you could have other legendary creatures. From what I've been reading you could have other legends just not ones that were the general of another. So, I couldn't play Braids the black or Tsabo, but I could play Koko.
I was most recently looking here:

It does make good flavor sense to have only the one legend in your deck. It's just a bit confusing as it seems there are so many differnt rules sets for this particular format.
I'm fine with either way. Also, I'd like a bit of clarification on mana. I can't produce off colors, so things like City of Brass, Fellwar, and Mox Diamond are a no go, correct? What about lands that only produce colorless? Can I use a Strip or a Wasteland so that I have a way do off the odiferous Karakas?

Ahhh, this is why I poisted the Latest Rules MY last playgroup developed at the beginning of this post.
There are so many variants, and this-or-that house rules out there, you could find one of any versions on the Internet to base it on.
I dont care whose rules you play by. The rules at the beginning of this thread were the rules we developed through playtesting in Toledo. They work pretty well, and dont have a lot of restrictions.
The Toledo House Rules said you could play with colorless mana (Strip Mines). Off-color mana wasnt allowed (No off-color Mox). If you had a City of Brass, it could only produce colored mana of your Legend.
I'm fine with using those. I like the CoB ruling, I think that works well. I don't think there's many other thigns to worry about. I doubt anyone would bother with Rofellos (the reason many others added the 6 mana minimum to summon a general). Did you guys run into any problems with any of the cards many group ban? Like Worldgorger Dragon or Biorhythm?
I'm going to start working on one of these in the near future. It'll take me a little consideration. I'll probably run Teneb or Oros as I know I have a few handy and I like the color combos.
No. In fact Rofellos wasnt even a real problem. We stopped using the increase-the-converted-casting-cost-to-six rule becuase it cluttered up the game when you explained it to a new player.
We determined that it wasnt anymore broken if you wanted to play Roffellos-Speed-Elves in a 60 card T1 deck than set aside in a 100 card LH. People had creature-kill answers like StP to adjust to the metagame.
Worldgorger Dragon is a DBAD combo card anyways. It is equally dickish regardless if its in a Legend Highlander deck or 60 card T1 deck.
I am going to Reserve Zur The Enchanter for my Legend Highlander.
DBAD it may be, but there are some who don't subscribe to such rules. I guess it's best to just deal with problems if and as they arise.
I concur.
So who has a deck ready for this?
