lol! That's great. Looks like Chicago will be a holdout for a long time. They went and snapped up some copyrights for things like "Horn Hero" and "Chicago Horn Hero" and all that. They're going to want some royal treatment, or so it appears.

Yes, very smart. That will help them demand a higher price. I do hope that this doesn't prevent them from getting into the games. By that I mean them holding out for way too much.
