5C Changes

Changes put into effect during last vote:

1. Flash is banned.

2. Personal Tutor is unbanned and restricted.

3. Infernal Tutor, Dizzy Spell, Rhystic Tutor, are unrestricted.


Everything else was defeated. Major things that failed included unrestriction of 2 cc transmute, unbanning and restriction of Imerpial Seal, banning of wishes, banning of Ring of Ma Ruf, and banning of Tezzerett. All defeated.

Previous vote from two months ago did this:

Unrestrict Grinning Totem, Doomsday, Sterling Grove, Channel, Skullclamp, Bribery.


Total results, pretty good. Pulled nine cards off restricted list and pulled a card off banned.

Wow, I actually expected more transmute unrestrictions.
So net change means the banned list has the same amount of cards on it. Well at least the restricted list lost eight (net).
