Casey Attorney To Fight Gag Order, Issues Subpoenas To Reporters

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An attorney for Casey Anthony will fight a gag order in his client's case, saying it's in his client's best interest to be able to fight "false leads" being issued by the state and the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Caylee prayer vigil scheduled for Sunday night

Caylee Marie Anthony is still missing, and there's another prayer vigil scheduled for Sunday night to raise awareness of her plight and that of all missing children.

Eastside Baptist Church, 1900 Conway Gardens Rd. in Orlando will host the vigil at 8 p.m. Several similar vigils are tentatively planned around the country. See www.helpfindcaylee.com.

Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony of east Orange County, will host the local vigil along with Kid Finders Network, Helping Heroes and D&A Investigations.

Anthony case heads back to court

Judge Stan Strickland will be hearing nine motions in the case against Anthony.

Included among the motions will be one that would put a gag order on those closest to the case. That would include the sheriff?s office, he state attorney's office, the defense and the Anthony family.
