1,400 refuse to give up on finding Caylee
People from about 28 states, including Arizona, Iowa, New York and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, joined EquuSearch to sweep through hundreds of wooded acres in Orange County, organizers said.
Among them was Dale B., 49, of St. Cloud, who tagged his T-shirt with "Caylee we are coming for you sweetheart."
Volunteers will continue their search today at 8 a.m. and into Monday. They need donations for food and water, though, said MA, EquuSearch's deputy director for its search for Caylee.
Miller plans to stick around until Caylee is found or "we feel we've exhausted every resource we have."
"The best thing we can hope for is to bring her in for her final homecoming and allow her to have that funeral that she certainly deserves," Miller said.

Lowcountry volunteers, dogs join search for missing Florida toddler
"A Hilton Head Island-based volunteer K-9 team searched in the Orlando area Saturday for a central Florida toddler who disappeared earlier this year.
The five Beaufort County residents and three of their dogs searched along with more than 1,000 other volunteers for 3-year-old Caylee Anthony. Caylee was last seen in June. Her mother, Casey Anthony, did not report her missing until July.
Volunteers are searching two parks in Orange County, an area near Orlando International Airport, and a wooded area near the home of Caylee's grandparents.
"We managed to clear a lot of areas for
(the local authorities)," director Dan Fuller of the Hilton Head Urban Search And Rescue said. "They now know that certain areas are searched." "
