My parents had a very muted sense of humor. That wasn't a trait they passed on down to me.
I'm not really known for saying much. In fact, once, a woman was sitting beside be on a bench while I was waiting for a bus and tried to start up a small conversation. I don't know if she thought that I looked like Forest Gump ready to spill my whole story or what, but I just stared at her for the longest time without speaking. Till she asked, "What's wrong girl? Cat got your tongue?" I don't believe that she appreciated when I opened my mouth and my tongue dropped into her lap, blood collecting and rising over my teeth and eventually down my chin. But she didn't ask me any more silly questions on the bus.
And after all these years, I've pretty much learned it's just best for everyone if I keep to myself. Even if in this town I'm just another master of the illusionary arts, nothing too special to shake a stick at.

<center>Rock on- gold dust woman
Take your silver spoon
And dig your grave
Heartless challenge
Pick your path and I?ll pray
Wake up in the morning
See your sunrise- loves- to go down
Lousy lovers- pick their prey
But they never cry out loud
Did she make you cry
Make you break down
Shatter your illusions of love
Is it over now- do you know how
Pick up the pieces and go home.
Rock on- ancient woman
Follow those who pale
In your shadow
Rulers make bad lovers
You better put your kingdom up for sale
Did she make you cry
Make you break down
Shatter your illusions of love
Is it over now- do you know how
Pickup the pieces and go home.
