Feat cards?? what the hell??

Ok so in reading something on the new mutant myhem hero clixs I read something abpout feat cards and super rare figs any one have a clue what the hell is goin gon??? someone please explain all this to me tnxs

Feat Cards - Cards that, for an additional point cost (5-20 points), let figures have an extra ability as long as they mean the prerequisites (leap/climb, toughness, etc.)

Battlefield Conditions - Kinda like Mini-Scenarios. For instance, the Darkness card reads - "Characters with a range value greater then 6 have a range value of 6 instead. Perplex may not be used to increase a range value to a number greater than 6. Powers and abilities that affect characters up to 10 squares away instead affect characters only up to 6 squares away."

Super-Rare figures - LEs put in boosters. Whoopti-do.
