I am wondering who is nice enough to give me the pulley diameter and specs of the JRSC 8psi crank pulley for '96-up D-series Civic?
It seems like all the boost upgrades out there sells as a complete package, but I do not need 90% of those items except for the pulley and belt. I am planning on cutting out my own crank pulley, but I just need the diameter of the alternator/supercharger rib on the crank pulley itself.
Or if anyone here knows a place where I can purchase just the pulley and belt, that would help too.
Thanks

The pulley diameter would be 3.4" for 8 psi on a SOHC 1.6L engine. Remember that this application uses a 3-rib belt... reducing the amount of belt wrap seriously increases the chances of belt slippage at high rpm.
I suggest you increase the diameter of the crank pulley instead.

Oh, thank for the reply... But I think you gave me the wrong specs...haha
I was looking for the crank pulley diameter... I want to know the diameter of the alternator rib on the 8psi crank pulley for the SOHC 1.6L engine. I want to cut my own crank pulley but I need to know the diameter of the alternator rib (the rib that also drives the supercharger).
Thanks!

Hey JRCivic, I am wondering of you make larger crank pulleys for the SOHC's?

Nevermind JRCivic...thanks for the help BTW. I just found an 8psi pulley for sale for a good price so I don't need the specs anymore.
Thanks
