Need help!!! High RPM cars looses power and making noise??

Ok when I am crusing around town the car is fine, but when I step on the gas and hit wot the car hits vtec but loose power and makes a hissing noise and a noise similar to a spark nock. What could it be I pulled one of the plugs and it looks good. Could it be the wires? what else should I check????

allso when pressing hard on the gas you can hit a poping/pigging noise in the exhaust it sounds like.
