I was curious on what you all think would be the best kit(I was thinking Rev Hard stage 3, or FMAX) to purchase for my hybrid b16 eg,
I am going to order my rods, rollerwave pistons, port the head, ss valves, stiffer springs etc..(until endyn's charger comes out)
I would like to run atleast 20-30 psi*(track)
    and 15-20 psi(street)
Also is the hondata system up to par on the 3 bar boost option yet?
Any other engine management that would work well with what I am trying to do?
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks again guys,
    Adam

Between FMAX and REVHARD stage 3. I'd get the REVHARD b/c it was designed to run high boost, and that's what u plan to run.

Be careful in buying a kit if you want to get up to 30 psi; a turbo compressor that's matched to your engine at 10 psi will almost certainly be in surge before it gets to 30 psi. You seem to be dedicated to doing this right; you should go to a turbo specialist and have them match a turbo to your needs. Any kit is going to be designed to be in its best efficiency at the design point; you triple the boost and it is going to give you FAR from ideal performance. Get yourself some compressor maps and go from there.

Thanks thats what kind of info I need... I was thinking t3 t4 hyb garrett(I wouldnt mind a bb turbo), Im not sure about 30psi quiet yet as the car will be street driven on occasion, so it will be difficult to have a turbo that is optimized for that amount of boost and be driven on the street. Having the turbo not spool until 4.5-5k would be ok, but being a b16 it sure will suck until it spools..anyone know what kind of fuel pump comes with the revhard stage 2-3?
My cousin has the stage 2 kit for his b16 rex but I didn't know if it was a re-badged walb pump or if they use something a bit more reliable..
    Thanks again

Can't do FMAX becuz the fuel system can't support that much boost.

Start with a RevHard stage2. They give you an adequate turbo for that much boost (T04E .57-trim).

You will just want to redo the fuel system of course. Complete aftermarket EFI for that ammount of boost.

Thanks Mark.. I dont want to spend money I dont have to burn..

I think Im going to go with the bosche/endyn go-juice pump too..
Yea I was planning on going with some rather large RC injectors..
Im really not up to date on the best all around stand-alone fuel management proggy for my laptop, that comes with knock detection/retard, various safety nets etc.. any opinions on that?
Also, Im going to need a proggy that Ill be able to load various settings according to humidity, barometric pressure, temp, track conditions etc.. as consistency is the key..
