JRSC Vaccum help on 98 GSR

I'm supposed to be boosting 11lbs but on my vaccum/boost gauge, it reads only 8lbs.

I know there is a vaccum leak somewhere becuase I can hear it. The problem is, I can't seem to locate it.

I can hear the vaccum leak comming from around the throttle body/under the S/C area. I tried looking for it in the sunlight, felt around and can't seem to locate it.

If anyone had a vaccum schematics of the JRSC on a GSR, it would be great!!!!

I know that my S-tube had a problem with vacuum leaks when TBs with FITVs on them...watch out for that.
