It would be really helpful if someone kept a list of places around the country that have actually performed satisfactory JRSC installs for people (not including installing it yourself in your garage). For example, if I ordered one someday, I'm pretty sure I couldn't do it myself and I wouldn't trust a place that hasn't ever done one before. Anyone know a Chicagoland shop that is good with JRSC's?

Only shop I know of that does kick-ass installs first hand is in my area SF Bay Area. Modacar (www.modacar.com). Other than that, I'm not sure myself .

In the southeast, Jim Helbing, Next Level Performance, does great install work and tuning. We got a guy who drove from Conneticut to get his car tuned!

Needless to say I have no complaints about Jackson Racing in Westminster, CA. They did a beautiful job on my install. They were very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to install my kit.

Got mine installed by Jackson Racing in Westminister also, they may charge almost twice as much as some of the speed shops around here, but along with that price comes piece of mind. Great job too when they installed a faulty fuel pressure regulator and I just went back and they replaced it for free. Nothing but recommendations if you're here in southern cali.

Jackson Racing treated me right too. And you know they are more familiar with the kits than anyone. They even sent me a holiday greeting card!

in chicago there is an installer named Art who did it for FIRM and still does for midwest performance. I am having him install it at the end of this week. He has already installed 2 others of friends that i know and both were done perfectly. I will report once mine is in.

Just out of curiousity, do any of the members live in southern Ontario, Canada. I will be looking for an installer eventually. I don't know if I'll be confident enough to do it myself.
