ok i just got done putting the crv pulley on, cam gears, and new belts on. did a valve adj and replace all the gaskets and seals. when i cranked her up it sounded fine, boost gauge sits at -17, i let her warm up, turn it off, and crank it, turn it off and crank to make sure no funny noises ect ect. ok i go to back her up and right when i hit the accel, car bogs down to 100rpms and dies. (i figure ok the timing is bad) i change the timing, i can only go 6*btdc, i was going to set it at 10 but i couldnt, the mechanic told me i would have to cut out the distro to set it to 10.
i crank it up, car sounds better, smooth idle no funny seeking, when i hit the accel it barely moves the rpms then when it gets near 1000rpms it shoots up fine, so i gotta hit the gas alot to get my car going.
i drive it on the road and it just feels so sluggish and bad, so i just take it straight to the house from the shop and parked it. also it still makes a funny fluttering noise.
any ideas? i wanna get it running somewhat better so i can take it to get hondata put in
ima trouble shoot it some more when it gets warmer, so if u know of some things i should check and look for that would be very helpful. im just really frustrated with the car
thanks
jimmy

Either your timing belt installation is off a tooth or two... or your cam gears are not set at zero.

i believe u guys are correct, it has to be the timing belt being installed incorrectly, ima take it off and redo it myself, also i fount out that my supercharger belt is too loose even with the tensioner really tight, i believe i have a jackson racing 8 psi nose pulley upgrade on it installed by the previous owner. ima try the belt for it and see if it stops the squeeling under any amount of boost.
my fuel pressure is at 50, so i hope that is good.

the pulley should have its diameter engraved on it.
tell us what it says, we can tell you how much boost it's meant to make!

hey, good to see you got everythng on there. It sounds like you are off by one or two teeth on your timing belt. btw, you didn't update your other post about what belt yu used for the crv crank to ac pulley, have you done that yet?
