I'm converting my '69 front drums to discs and I have almost everything I need except for the rock or dust shields for the disc brake spindles. I really don't know what they are called ,they would be backing plates on drum brakes. They look like pie pans with three bolt holes and a hole in the middle for the spindle. Does anyone have these things? If so how much do you want for them?

If you don't find used ones, your GM dealer can get new ones. Not cheap!

If that is a Dana axle setup, then you can use the later model Dana backing plates
which are much more substantial than the early ones. The 73-76 1/2 ton 4x4 plates will fit and they might be easier to get.
I am not real sure what you have, but I thought that I would make a suggestion, anyway.
