Is there ANYONE out there that can help me, even with some clean used ones.

I'm still searching for you, don't give up yet. If all else fails though, I can repair the set off my parts sub and let you take a look at them (before and after). If you like them maybe we can do some trading, just a thought.

Thanx MrSpeed. I have contacted Mothertruckers on the sub they just got in and I may contact Clasic GM Sports. They sell used pieces/parts. I think they are in Ca. I would repaire mine except that the carraige bolt hole are pretty rotted away. I plan on using a plank rear bed and the tubs will be in full sight so I want something straight.

My offer still stands, if you cannot locate a set of "good" tubs, I can repair a set for you. I understand what you need, and I would not offer or claim to "fix" something if I wasn't sure about it. I will be glad to fix one and send it to you ( or mail pics.) if you would like to see. Just trying to help, Terry.

I suppose you could make them fit, I think Shev is going to try, but they are very different. The sub tub is a little narrower and is round on the top. this fits the quarter-panel sheet metal in the wheel well. As you probably know the truck tub is flat on top. I wish they were the same because Sub only parts are a little hard to find, but thats what friends are for, to help us out. Thanx to you all!

I was at my local vintage car yard yesterday, Sunrise auto, and the burb i am going to get the rear quarters off of has good tubs i do believe. Give him a call at 904 755-1810 he also has a good 70 grille, and a very good set of barn doors for sale. Ask for Bill and tell him Bill sent ya.

(I am in no way affiliated w/ this place it is just a coincidence lol.)
