fuel injection swap

on the site it says that the best upgrade for a 1.5 single cam is to put the 1.6 fuel injection on it for the best power output. my question is how do i do this what parts are needed and is it very hard?

welcome to the board. I have not done this swap yet but am consitering it. from what I understand you need the intake manifold, ecu out of an Si and some of the wireing harness. good luck.
