B16A1 or B16A2

The B16A1 are from Japan, right? and the B16A2 are out of the Desol,right? if I was to do a swap which one do I use. or which one is better to do?

B16a...less hassle since you don't have to convert to obd1. If you wanted to use the 2nd gen the trans could be taken care of by selling the hydro trans and buying a cable one. However, the b16a2 is almost 1000 more than 1st gen. You could use that money to mod the 1st gen
