Though I'm not KC, but will throw some info for ya..

Honda recommends that you change your manual transmission fluid every 30,000 miles. Every time you grind a gear, small metal shavings fall into the transmission fluid and will cause premature wear on the transmission components.

Put a funnel in the filler hole. Add fluid to the transmission until it is full, oil will slowly drip out of the filler hole. To be sure it's completely full, put your finger inside the filler hole and make sure the oil is at least to the bottom edge of the hole.

    I recommend Redline MTF.

There are 2 plugs on the side of the tranny. one for filling and one for draining. U can also fill it by taking off your speedo sensor in the back of tranny. Fill it to recommended capacity! Use 10W30 or 10W40 is fine. Mobil 1, Amsoil,..... Not sure about Redline though... a person I know have problem with them!!
