I saw it, but I'm not sure if I need a whole extra car. Unless it was a dohc vtec... maybe then I would look into a swap.... cheep enough though!

Yeah, if it is a DOHC and there was enough interest, we could do a group buy and pick it clean and just give the rest to a recycling play.

I tried calling, and apparently the front right wheel is "smashed in and back pretty good". And I guess it has "around" 118,000 miles. Thats all I could get out of the guy. Oh, and its in west seattle. I think he said shoreline.

Just so you know, west seattle and shorline are not even close to the same part of town.

Then I guess he didn't say shore line Cause I mapped it out and say it over there... but I forget the name. but still I wonder how bad it is messed up.... maybe I'll make a run up next weekend...

So did he tell you if it was a B or D series motor? Post up if it is a good deal for you and it has some good spare bits worthy of salvaging.

He was very unhelpful, but I havent figured out if I want to bother yet... might be nice to swap it if its DOHC and low miles... but what a pain... maybe we could do a run up and take a look... anyone want to spin up this week? I'm busy saturday (sound to narrows event), but give me an e-mail and we can go from there: Osterberg(at)juno . com

Even at 1K, I'm thinking that is a little high for a basket case...unless he wanted to put in the time to part out everything and sell them himself. However, I too am booked for Saturday (UW graduation) and my Sol is still at Chapman College with Pete...at least I hope it is.
