i wish i knew what you were talkin about does everything sit underneath the hood and stay unexposed?
so as most of you know i have a carbon hood with tuner hood pins ricer pins what ever you want to call them but recently i came up with the idea of putting old track style pins with cable lanyards i think it would look alot better than being like everyone else and having tunner pins
any way what i am getting at how do you think a delsol with cabled pins would look

The only ones I ever liked were the locking kind with a key, had to look to see them as they sit flat on the hood.

Heres a pic, i only seem them on muscle cars with aggressive front ends...i dont think it would look very good on a del sol.
Saw this pic on craigslist. Not sure if that would be real good for the carbon fiber hood though.
the are in the mail already we will see ...
so i got the pins today i think they look good they are diffrent and that is what i was going for i still need to play with the cables to find out where they look the best the major function of the cables are to hold on to the hood pins so you dont loose them when you are working on it and so on
.....they look like hardcore zipties . What is it about CF hoods that make them so seseptable to unlatching aside from their light weight? I mean how the hell does an OEM hoodlatch unlatch like that?
