My first though was a thin gasket sheet that you could trim to match the base of the wing. You might try the roofing section of a hardware store if the autoparts place doesn't have it.
I'm installing a spoiler myself and the base of the wing won't fit totally over the holes. I have less than a quarter inch to work with on top. The holes don't really show its hidden but water can still get in. I was thinking electrical tape but i figured i'd just ask all you. Help me out.

You shoulda just picked up that carbon fiber truck lid lol, if ya need one, ive found a couple trunck lids for a 94 and 95 sol, ones green the other black. Just gimme a holler if you want more info.
Try using black silicone around the holes then put the bolts through. Use as much as u like just make sure u clean it up around the edges b4 it drys all the way.
thanks. I used the gasket sheet. It worked and my spoiler is now on. Geeez it looks so nice!
