Videogame companies = maffia

Ha ha, this is a good start. The next step is to abolish that stupid territorial lock. I think the European Union could force Nintendo, $ony and micro$oft to release their consoles without any kind of territorial locks, thus, allowing to play American and Japanese games (not warez though, just imports), otherwise we would make modchips legal. I think that would be a cool way to force videogame companies to stop acting like the maffia in some ways. What do you think?

Okay. The truth is that the lack of products that they have released in Europe has been decreasing to a really poor limit, and the prices has been increased a lot (N64-RE2)

I think that Nintendo, and other companies, should center their efforts to face M$ and $ony. Make an agressive campany to show the people GC and GBA, and firm exclusivities, like M$, to get games, at least for one year for their machines.

Nintendo is the next target of M$ and $ony. I think that they should try to keep a decent line of games and not to make a "Maffia" to increase game prices. Besides, if they did the consoles full compatibles between USA-JAP-EUR zones, i think that their margin of benefit would increase, because their market would be more extended, not only Japan, USA, or Europe. Most people around the world, perhaps, likes Jap games such as GF. sims, RPG's or much other games that are only released on Japan because they would be considered "Odd" to the external markets. ("Tales of" Saga, perhaps, though it is only for PSX...)

This is what you do if you own a big, fancy company today. It's the money bug: If you have lots of it, you want more. These companies are not interested in entertaing the customers as much as making $$$.

Probably Nintendo should ad an 's' to its name too.
