Games: Most anticipated games

Name your most anticipated games in your life; these games you've been waiting for with that special feeling.

Mine were, ordered:

1. Xenosaga (PS2)
2. Shenmue (Dreamcast)
3. Oblivion (PC)
4. Eternal Sonata (Xbox 360)
5. Sonic Adventure (Dreamcast, and first game got for my Dreamcast)
6. Xenosaga 2 (PS2, then a big disappointment, still haven't played)
7. Sonic Adventure 2 (Dreamcast), then a big disappointment
8. Sonic 3 (MegaDrive)
9. Sonic & Knuckles (MegaDrive)
10. Grandia 3 (PS2, caught me busy with life)

My other big favourite games were not anticipated because I discovered how much I loved them after I tried them:

1. Xenogears (PSX)
2. Grandia II (Dreamcast)
3. Outcast (PC)
4. Morrowind (PC)

fire pro d - after only playing the snes translation for so long(and much more often than any other emulated game) i knew the dreamcast game would have to blow it away

morrowind - played daggerfall, had an x-box, what the hell?

knights of the old republic 2 - i really wasn't even into star wars when the first one came out, and once i finally heard about it turned out to be pretty damn good, and i ended up, unlike most, favoring the sequel. it may have had a crap ending, but some of the new gameplay mechanics were pretty kick ass.

going oldschool here:
super mario bros. 2 and 3 - the first one was a heckuva platforming adventure, 2 was a ton of fun, and 3 was much much more of what the first offered.

castlevania 3 - never really played the first til emulation, the 2nd was odd with it's horrible engrish clues, but the 3rd just looked too sweet, and in fact, was.

zelda 2 - after the first one, what seemed like more was definitely welcomed. i wasn't as disappointed as others though.

sonic 3 - when i got a genesis 1 came with, and 2 had been out for a while, so 3 was kind of a no brainer.

battletoads/double dragon - loved both series, and even though this game leaned much more toward the battletoads side, it was still a ton of fun.

legacy of kain - tried blood omen on pc, from home of the underdogs, and got soul reaver on the dreamcast the same year. when soul reaver 2 came out i didn't have a ps2, so i got the pc version. got blood omen 2 on the x-box, not a fave as i understand it, but still a fun game with multiple ways to kill enemies. then i got defiance on the x-box as well. very great series, and the only games where as a vampire you actually drink blood til you're victims blood until they're dry without penalty. (in soul reaver, and half of defiance's case, you eat your enemies souls)

anyway this could probably go on for a while, so i'll cut this short here.

Sometimes I can play for a couple hours and enjoy myself. Many people play games because it's a cool way to relax. I advise you to try playing fnf mods. I initially thought that this game is only for girls, but believe me it is not, you should try it and then you will not be able to tear yourself away.
