Okay...what the hell is going on?

What is going on with Hostboard? I've been trying for the last three hours to change my avatar but it keeps freezing up when I try to upload my avatar or the page doesn't load period... *growls and bashes her moniter with a mallet*

Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me? -_-;;
