Thanx! Shes Lobelia from Sakura Taisen. Main reason I like her is that she has voice of Belldandy and personality of Urd. ^^

Sakura Taisen has lots of funky people. Lobelia is a Transylvanian ex-con working as a Paris dancegirl and mech pilot with her best friend, Erika the runaway nun working as another paris dancegirl/mech pilot. Theres also a vietnamese circus girl, a Viking aristocrat, and a widowed Japanese archer. All very unique. ^^
