My apologies for the late cancellation.
Our ISP, Vermontel, had some sort of reset Friday, that took the entire Internet down in our area. Apparently, this screwed up our router, screwing our Internet connections on the 5 computers in this house. We had to have a friend come over to try to reset our network, and in the end, all we were able to do is get connected, but not quite in the same way. We were not able to restore service in time for the game.
Shitty things have been happening for weeks, and this is just another one of those things. Oh well, it's not the end of the world, but I do apologize and we will be back on Friday.
I also have a question. The 5th Anniversary is fast approaching. Would you rather have a regular night's gaming, or have something unusual occur, something along the lines of Grandfather Winter or someone else telling the tale....you know, different.

Different is always nice as a change of pace.
The 5th anniversary might even be a good time to debut a new round of 1st level characters with a unique type of one shot adventure.

I know this is no help, but I'm good with either.

I like the grandfather winter storyteller sort of thing A night off with our characters to appreciate our characters, maybe have them all gathered about a cooking fire with the unusual carefree moment?
