If you are not a voting member of the LEC, the budget request form most likely does not apply to you. Save yourself the headache and don't worry about.

If you are a voting member of the LEC, then you need to complete this form and turn it into me either at or on the date of the November LEC.

When completing this form, look at last years budget for an example of amounts to ask for. Please note, however, that the form asks for the reason you are requesting the amount you are, so if you try to be as specific as possible as to where the money is going, you have a better chance of getting what you asked for.

If you take the time and think of what you need to preform your duties throughout the year, you can better estimate the amount of money you require to operate. This allows the LEC to avoid approving additional requests for money, or more likely, allocating funds that will not be used and potentially dipping into Lodge reserves to balance the Lodge's expenditures.
