When SC started to suck I started looking for somewhere to start my own board with full expectation of it completely failing. When I found Hostboard I was really happy.

UBB, like we were already familiar with, FREE, and with the ability to do some other stuff, ie html, who's online, additional Sports boards that you guys could create.

In the first few weeks I saw that the traffic was far exceeding any other of Hostboards forums and saw the $ potential. I began searching again for board space so i could make some of the large caysh that Quick was making. I was under a wrong impression. You don't actually get paid for clicks on ad space. You get paid for clicks ON YOUR BOARD that have a companys banner AVAILABLE to click.

Quick made me an offer to stay here, public-for new members, and give me a percentage of THE's and it's spinoffs(Hockey, Is, Big Wave, and a bevy of others) profits.

I'm thinking, cool, beer/weed money...my second check arrived this morning. $4,675. Approximately $500 more than the first one I got last month.

To say I'm happy about this would be a complete understatement.

Thank you all for making THE the baddest message board on the net! Keep up the good work and posts.

I will begin divying up the future checks 5 ways to compensate the Mod crew. Contact me guys asap.
