    We paid for a family cruise through Gov Vacation as of March 2020. Our cruise was canceled due to COVID 19 , https://government-vacation-rewards.pissedconsumer.com/review.html . We spoke with a supervisor over a month ago who indicated that we would receive our refund. As of today, nothing yet. As a senior citizen, I feel like we have been FRAUD.
    User's recommendation: Better customer service.
