Just ordered some kitchen stuff via bol.com and they were delivered by PostNL https://postnl.pissedconsumer.com/review.html . The deliverer just dropped my packages in front of the door, leaving them soaking in the rain! Just wonder if people walking around on the street saw my packages and just wanted to steal them, well then, goodbye. At least they should call me and asked whether if they might leave my packages like that but no one even called me. The worst service ever!!
