Did anybody catch Madden and Summerall talking about how the Raiders lost to N.E. on that one blown call? Think Madden still bleeds silver and black?

In today's "Letters To The Editor" section of the Sacramento Bee someone was trying to make a conspiracy case against the Raiders by the NFL, which I find hard to buy in terms of on the field matters.

However, this guy pointed out that in two combined playoff games this year the Raider opponents were flagged for a penalty.........once.

That's pretty hard to believe, considering how many times the Raiders were penalized in those two games and considering how hanky happy these fucking refs are anymore.

One penalty, in two games? No holding, no illegal contact, nothing? I don't know, but that struck me as a fairly amazing factoid....

I think the Lions got jobbed this year. All they needed to do was to win 10 more games, beat the Eagles, then the Rams, and they're right there in New Orleans. Fukkin refs, conspired to keep the Lions from taking their rightful place in the Superbowl.
