No, that vote came from me. I live in North Carolina, and I have never been to Honaker high school. I grew up in Southwest Virginia and I have been a fan of all Region "D" football teams for 30+ years. Over the years I have seen several SWVA play for a state championship including Jonesville, Powell Valley, Gate City, Appalachia, Clintwood and Burton. Anyways the question was posed "Who will win the BDD title this year" and I feel that Honaker should win the BDD this year. By the way, isn't it a shame that this pole has only recieved ONE vote on the BDD board? I could understand it if this pole was on the CD, CMD or LPD boards.

yea this board is very dead .i think region d is pretty much down this yr and honaker and haysi both are down .honaker off to 0-2 start and really not got much spunk.i doubt anyone in region d can win against top region c team .of course its still early and ye never kno.
