I would like to congratulate all the girls basketball teams in the BDD. Everyone had great teams everyone was fairly even and it made for an exciting girls basketball season in the BDD. I saw a lot of young talent this year so I am sure the BDD can only get better.

Agreed Husker Fan, it was an excellent year for girls basketball in the Black Diamond District. Good luck to all the teams next year!

Speaking of girls basketball, too bad about the WNBA's Houston Comets folding. I know I lost about ten minutes sleep thinking about those poor Comet fans without a team to cheer for.
