I seem to recall in 2004 the Indians OBP was around .360 before the All Star Break.

This year the team OBP so far is around .374

Seems like the runs per game is higher as well.

It's amazing how for every 5-10 percentage points the OBP goes up, runs per game seem to rise a noticeable amount, at least 1/2 run.

Lets face it, a .330 team OBP is very average at best, anything over .340 is decent, .350 is very good, and anything ove .360 is considered spectacular or at the very least league leading.
