The two points Foulke raises do not have to be exclusive of one another.
The Boston Red Sox World Series Championship Trophy was toured through every city in the state of Massachusettes, Red Sox fans by the thousands touched the trophy and posed with the trophy in each and every city in the state of Massachusettes, to say what Foulke said makes the trophy tour an empty one.

You misunderstood his response. He's not concerned with Johnny from Burger King, but He worries about Jason from Wendy's and Linda from McDonald's.
