I think the team is better than most of the cautious predictions I have read.

The Browns should go at least 8-8, I'm hoping for a 9-7 or 10-6 season, that will depend on how Suggs does once he's healthy again.

If Suggs keeps going on the D.L., the season will probably unravel a bit.

Hey....a reply....I think the Browns will be lucky to win six games this year. That's an improvement, though. I like Romeo.

    Browns now 2-2.

I'm not ready to plunk the money down to watch the Browns play a handful of games.

However, with Braylon Edwards out, Antonio Bryant stepped up with two late 4th quarter touchdowns, Browns beat Chicago, 20-10, after trailing 10-6 with just a few minutes to go.

Excellent production from our tandem of Shea and Heiden at tight end. Kellen who?

When the Browns score 20 or more they are 2-0, when they score less than 20, they are 0-3.

That is actually pretty encouraging. With the loss of Edwards and Suggs, 2-3 is actually OK.

Dilfer seems to be competent IF he has enough players to throw to. I think losing both Suggs and Edwards is really huge.

I won't even mention Winslow because Heiden and Shea make a decent duo replacement for Winslow.

    13-10 loss to Detroit.

Longest running play was 31 yards.

Longest passing play was 15 YARDS????

What the heck is going on?

What's even more bizarre is Droughns was running the ball real well, wasn't there an opportunity to catch Detroit looking for the run and completing a long ball?

I think most of the Browns pass completions for long yardage this season were actually short passes with long runs afterwards, ultimately, this type of "success" will allow for defense to collapse in against the Browns, which will cause the offense to stutter even more.

    Frye seems decent.

I'd still try to get Bush even if I had to trade Winslow, Edwards, Suggs or Green and our first and second round picks in the upcoming draft.
