Unsung Hero Award this Season for the Indians is....goes to Ronnie Belliard.

The guy can flat out run, consistently beats out close plays both as a base runner and when it comes to making the across the body throw from way behind to second base.

His hitting has been flat out consistent all year long between .280-285. In the beginning of the season, when no one was hitting, Ronnie led the team early in May with 8 homers, as other players came around, Ronnie hit less homers but continued to produce at a very reliable and acceptable pace.

I'm amazed and a bit concerned that Ronnie plays ball year round, I'd like the ****** to take it easy so that he doesn't wear out as quickly and stays an Indian for a couple more seasons.

The runner up is Coco Crisp and Grady Sizemore, both who's consistency stabilized the top of the order when the season looked like it might be slipping away.

Poor Ronnie, he really is an unsung hero.

BEN BROUSSARD: The second baseman does a nice job hitting behind Martinez. The six-year veteran is hitting .284 with 13 homers and 66 RBI, building on his breakout 2004 season.

Can anybody contact the writer and have him correct this mistake.

LOL, Ronnie Belliard really is this years unsung hero!
