    Travis Fryman?

Are we to wait until March to find out how he is? Is he working out?

What does Wil Cordero do during the off-season?

What happened to Cordero? Was there an injury? Suddenly the guy just can't hit? He's only 29. I'm no fan of his but his record is one of steady production until this past year.

Cordero is a mystery man. Didn't he just "disappear" for a few days during the season last year?

    Nobody knew where he was.

Is the guy working out, or just partying?

I say "monitor" the guy, and if his conduct is detrimental to baseball, release him.

If he is being a stand-up fellow, than Cleveland fans will find it easier to support him.

Just letting time go by without knowing seems wrong.

    The same applies to Travis.

If he can't get back to 100%, than he has wasted the last 8 months. He could have had the necessary surgery and already been over half way through his rehabilitation.

Aren't there ethics violations that would allow Cleveland to void Wil Cordero's contract?

I say put a P.I. on him, expose him, and dump him.

It's sad to give an apparent degenerate 4 million dollars that he can use to abuse people with.

Rumor is he was 'working out' with Mo Vaughn and a whole cadre of strippers at the Spy Club downtown last weekend (Roger Brown in the Plain Dealer feb. 6).
Cordero suddenly forgot how to field after being traded to Boston the after '95 season. Now he forgot how to hit after being traded to the Tribe in the middle of the 2000 season. He never remembered how to field again and I don't believe he'll remember how to hit either.
