The Indians will close the 17 game wild card deficit to under 10 games by September and get to within five games by the middle of September.
I'm not sure we will make up all the ground but we will make it interesting, either that or we will battle back to .500 by the end of the year.

End of August, 2006, and the Indians are 63-69, so from being 17 under they are now only 6 under in about a 3 and a 1/2 week stretch.
If we had won 2 of 3 from Detroit which included two last inning losses when we were winning andwhen I originally posted this topic, we would be 65-67 right now and a 20-5 stretch would give us a 90 win season.
