Is a calm coming after the storm? Is becoming business as usual for the Indians?
Are Elarton and Durbin suddenly putting up a whole bunch of zeros? Is our whole line-up suddenly hitting .280 or better?
Are Omar's errors continually dropping?
Will Kansas City take a year off so that Shapiro can start a second team with Boone Phelps, Phillips and Peralta in the infield and Gutierrez & Escobar in the outfield?
Is a deep run into the future in our future?
Stay tuned.

I don't get the Gutierrez and Escobar part.
One heck of a neat year, though so far...if we only had a little more relief pitching.
Tribe's going to have to move some guys in the off season. I don't think Vizquel is convinced he's leaving. They want Belliard to stay. So where does that leave Phillips and Peralta? Outfield is crowded as is first base. I don't think they are going to keep Phelps. Right now, he's a right handed pinch hitter and occasional first baseman, and an emergency catcher. They actually need him as an emergency catcher. Merloni doing superb as a right handed first baseman. I would still use him there.

I thought we were going to try and re-sign Escobar as a free agent. Gutierrez is up and coming, I forgot to add Ludwick.
