    Casey Blake to the Angels and then the Indians sign Troy Glaus who is a free agent after this season but probably won't suit up for the Angels this season because of his shoulder surgery.

    The key would be to sign up Glaus this year.
    I don't know how the trade would work because normally you can't trade a player who is on the DL.

    It's a stop gap solution for the Angels who currently have two minor league call ups playing in the infield and Shane Halter at third and their own 3rd base prospect (Dallas Mcpherson) needs more time in the minors.

    The Angels will do a lot better than Blake. They are in contention and their owner can afford better players.
