    Interesting Basketball Games

Hey, if you visit the Penn Atlantic site you can watch a whole bunch of different tournament games from various conferences. I just watched Winona vs. Minnesota St. Now I'm onto Tusculum vs. Lincoln Memorial. The Jacks would ROLL either of these teams I think. The defensive pressure is minimal in this region.

    Anyhow, here's the link...

    Re: Interesting Basketball Games

What will the west region selection committee do if the following occurs.

    If:
    1. HSU (#3 national ranking) beats Dominguez tonite.
    2. West Liberty (#1 national ranking) loses tonites league tourney final to West Virginia St.
    3. Bellarmine (#2 national ranking) loses tomorrows league tourney final to Southern Indiana.

    then:

    4. HSU would very likely (?) be ranked #1 in Tuesdays final national poll.

Would the west region selection committee put the Jacks in as the #2 team in the west and award Central Washington the #1 seed and tourney host?

    Just wondering!

Div II, No. 1 team West Liberty (32-0) plays tonight in Elite Eight Quarterfinals: ncaa.com

As well as being undefeated, they have some amazing team stats: 115 pts per game, make 42% of 35 3-pt attempts per game, offensive time of possession ( avg. 8 seconds). 14 steals per game.

BYU-Hawaii took out the 33-0 (#1 Ranked) West Liberty team tonight, 110 to 101. BYU scored 58 in the first half and had an 11 point lead at the half. Jet Chang went for 43.

This will be the third year in a row that the West has a participant in the final. Will this be the second straight year that the West wins the Championship?

P.S. BYU-Hawaii was the #7 seed in the West.
