Good job sev, tony and ned! I had a cool running log but it seems that it has lost all my information, I may start recording it again or I may not, if you want to know about my running I will be happy to speak to you about for hours on end. Or you can look at my log in my room!

Oh and you taking a shot at somebody for posting their running log is "classy" I deleted that because it was stupid and unnecessary. If you want to talk about being "classy" then don't hide behind some screen name that you made up and "tell us how it is" using your real name. That would be classy...

what's up boys, I got the injury bugs once again. that is why there is no log, it would be too depressing to have to enter in 4 or 6 miles everyday.
