Not sure what do you guys think ...
Could take average
Could take most votes for that one thing
Could take top two and have a POLL for quick visual voting
Up to you guys I guess

For questions with many options, the median response might be the best way to do it (ie if 17 people respond, then put the responses in order and the 9th one is the one you go with).

i think common sense should rule
take for example current votes for salary cap id say 70 million would be the logical answer i havent used any mathematical terms to figure this out just that there are more votes for 70 mill than anything else and a number within the 65-75 range so 70 mill seems logical (though im certain it would have been the median and close to the average as well)

When the voting is all said and done, will the most votes win, or will everything be averaged?

Based on the results thus far, I'd suggest the consensus leans towards the following:
BUDGET: $50m
TRAINS: 4
SALARY CAP: $70m
SERIES LENGTH: 7 (though I'll sit back and wait for everybody to beg to change it back to 5 within four seasons)
DISABLED LIST: 3
EXCEED CAP: no
TRADE DEADLINE: 45
FREE AGENT DEADLINE: 50 (FT has these two categories accidentally transposed up on his graphic)
CLEAR WAIVERS: 3
ROSTER SIZE: 16
COACHES: 38
TRAINERS: 32
DL STASHING: Must release immediately if on DL healthy for over 3 days
RELEASE: Banned except for 0-year players and rookies prior to Day 1 of the season in which they are drafted
If anybody wants to make a case that I've misrepresented the predominant viewpoint, please feel free.

BUDGET: $10,000,000 Million
I'm in the "Hyper funds" L38 where we started with $250K, and that's really enough to test financal model stuff, but I think at $10 mil we would have soem options for signing bonuses early, and represent "poor" but stable big team owners.
TRAINS: 4
SALARY: 65,000,000 Million
I like a Smaller Salary cap, but Since I'd like a larger Roster $65mil sounds about right. Pick 1 more starter or 3 more prospects maybe.
SERIES LENGTH: 7 games
PLAYERS ON DL: 3
EXCEED CAP: NO = HARD CAP
TRADE DEADLINE DATE: 50th day
FA SIGN DEADLINE: 60th day
CLEAR WAIVERS: 2 day
ROSTER SIZE: 18
COACHES: 38
every team should have a coach with a few on the side to choose from - agree with FT
TRAINERS: 20
however I think their should be limited trainers but that may just be me - Agree with FT
