I'm a bit suprised that Blandon, the 26 year old SG/SF, is still out there....he's pretty solid.......
I really like your pick Greenwave as well - very solid young PG!
Thanks guys. I'm just looking for long-term value in my picks, and I think Burlison offered the best value at a key position. Tough to get the ball to a center if the PG keeps turning it over.

a little less than one-third of your cap - all in one guy. Not sure that helps anyone
i just picked rodrick "whole lotta" rosenbeck at #12. had i kept my original #2 overall, i'd have gone with SF/PF ursua (taken #5) or C's euell (#2) or tetterton (#8). hilario was a good pick at #7.
the only picks i'm not crazy about were the PG only picks- PGs don't seem to have much of an impact on this game. they generally don't score all that much and don't rebound, even if they have a good rebound rating. i never sink a lot of money into the PG position. it just doesn't pay, imo. not a good enough return on the investment.
Cs and PFs seem to dominate this game the most, that's why i'm not surprised on the run of Cs early on.

PLayers that play SF are going quick, too. I'll probably pick a player that plays SF. Just about all of the good players available in the draft have high rebounding and 3-point. SF is the only position where both really matter. So to make a high rebounding and 3pt rating worth the cap space, guys are drafting a lot of SFs.
without a PG, those Centers and PFs will not get shots.
Even if the PG isn't the focus of your team, having a solid - good PG on any team is a great Idea. Both of the pGs taken should produce for a billion years, even though the Swatmanian devil has me iffy about him keeping on the court.
