Show me one rule that was violated in the whole process. If you don't like the proposal then vote no - whether you want them voted on separately or whether you don't like it. But I see no grounds for locking the thread - in fact, what I do see is several owners upset about the landslide victory and seeking to block it in any way possible.

if your so certain it will win propose it in a manner that deals with one issue at a time ... it is 2 different issues you are asking people to vote on as one ...

I am sorry hornetjohn but your thread was far from a landslide victory. It was 4 yes votes and 3 abstains, that is almost 50-50 so it is far from a landslide.
In addition i think linking those 2 together is a scare tactic so if you vote no you are going to be blamed for allowing loans of players and this is unfair. The topic the way it was written left way to many unanswered questions.
