One question: are we separating the lottery and the draft? I agree that the lottery should be for the 16 teams not making the playoffs, but the draft should be for every team.

<font size="3" face="Sylfaen, Verdana, Helvetica">You're asking about the "live" draft on the board? If so, then we can really do it either way. In fact as long as we cover the teams that are picking "out of order" due to the lottery we can continue the live draft or end it as we want. If we manage to make it through all 64 picks, great. If not we can let the standard method take over from wherever we get to.
