Voting Thread: Ban of Loans

Should L40 enact a ban on loans of money and players between teams?

"Yes" mean you support the ban and do not want to see team making loans with players and/or cash.

"No" means that you want the league to allow loans of players and cash.

Please keep your answers to yes or no. There is another thread for discussions. Voting will close on Sunday, April 3 at 7am Pacific time.

HornetJohn... sorry to screw up your vote only thread but aren't these 2 seperate things? Loaning money and loaning players. I am very much against the idea of loaning players but not too fussed about loaning money. Players effect the game result whereas money doesn't (as least not directly).

to me lumping these 2 catagories together doesnt justify the vote.... so i will have to not vote.

that being said, i would vote yes on loaning players and i would vote no on loaning money. mainly since a loan of money between 2 franchises isnt unheard of in pro sports and i dont think it sways the balance at all. that is completely different with players..... that is exactly why this is a bad setup for a vote and i seriously hope it doesnt pass at all. it would be unjust to lump these 2 together. so far its 3 yes votes and 2 people who refuse to vote because of the current setup of the thread. that should tell you something that people arent willing to vote.

I think there are serious issues with how this vote was presented. I'm locking this thread for now, and I'll work with HJ to create a more appropriate vote.
