Impressive idividual performances from Eoin Walsh,Eamonn McKeon and Joey Maher helped the Hurlers to a hard fought win in Islandbridge on Saturday. Thanks to all who supported the team.

The hill 16 website has no word of it whatsoever in the fixtures section

Still no word on when it will be played. Next weekend dublin u21 footballers are in action in the Leinster Championsip, so unsure of whether the county Board would fix the game for the same weekend, but then again, you can just never tell!
I'll post when and where the game is as soon as we find out

Game fixed vs Craobh Ciaran for this Saturday in Dolphin Park- the same place as last weeks footballers. Game fixed for 2-30 but i'll come back 2 u later in the week to confirm that it will be 2-30.

Ballinteer 2-9 Craobh Ciaran 1-9

A Fantastic performance by the lads in Dolphin Park on Saturday afternoon. A Craobh Ciaran outfit graced with players like Damien O'Reilly and Alan McCrabbe(both with Dublin senior caps) couldnt live with a committed and determined Ballinteer side. They had to overcome an early setback as Cian Morrissy had to be substituted during the opening period after taking a bad belt to the knee. This was a big blow as Ciano was having a blinder at centre forward.Playing with a strong wind in the first half, The lads ammassed a 1-4 to 0-3 lead. Amazingly the only player to score for Johns in the opening period was Eoin Murphy, whose first half total consisted of a goal from play and four frees. The second period began with the Craobh gradually wearing down that 4 point lead, mainly from from frees through the accurate stick of Alan McCrabbe.But the game turned after Cathal McSeallaigh fielded a high ball near the Ciarans square, after jinking by one he dropped the ball but still managed to dispatch to the net. This put thre margin back to 4 points. A point from Seanie Lane and a free from Eoin Murphy increased the gap to 6. This is how it remained till the last puck of the game when Ciarans finally managed to get by the impressive Colm Duffy, who had earlier pulled out a wonder save to deny Ciarans. Best on the day were Cormac "the Salmon" O Brien who was nothing short of inspirational at full back, Eoin Walsh was excellent all throughout, Ciaran Lane had a great game at centre field where he won a lot of possession, Cormac O Broin also had a good game and fought very hard throughout. Cathal McSeallaigh was also very good on his introduction.Eoin Murphy was also very accurate on the day and by the end had ammassed a personal tally of 1-8. Now the attention must shift to either Brigids or the D.I.T. who meet in the quarter final.
